Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this latest photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More images released as part of the continuing investigative process.
